In most places you probably had to bake your own bread and get your milk from the cow in your barn. I don't think there was a Giant, Wal-Mart, or Acme around back then.

you are looking for the cost of the ingredients here. As ppl had to make their own in that century. find out how much a cow cost, how much to feed it, to grow wheat, to buy and feed chickens, you understand?

probly just had to trade for it...if u owned cows....ud probly trade milk for it and i'm serious.
