What is the difference between a fear and a phobia? Listen to my description, and tell me if I have a fear or a phobia of spiders.
---When there's a spider in my room, I won't even kill it w/ the vacuum because I'm afraid it will fall on my head. Then when it gets on the wall, I try to kill it with a book, but my arms won't move to kill it. Then it start crying because I'm so mad at myself, and so scared of the spider. (This whole time my brain is yelling at me to kill it, but I won't, that's why I'm so mad at myself.) Thanks for the help!

You see, hail, rainfall, snow, dew, (and even mist and fog) is formed in huge cumulonimbus clouds, commonly known as thunderheads. When the ground is heated during the day by the sun, the air close to the ground is heated as well. Then, hot air, being less dense and therefore lighter than cold air, rises and cools. As it cools, its capacity for holding moisture decreases. When the rising, warm air has cooled so much that it cannot retain all of its moisture, water vapor condenses, forming puffy-looking clouds. The condensing moisture releases heat of its own into the surrounding air, causing the air to rise faster and give up even more moisture.

Cumulonimbus clouds contain vast amounts of energy in the form of updrafts and downdrafts. These vertical winds can reach speeds over 176 kilometers (110 miles) per hour. The water, (whatever it happens to form into depending on the temperature: hail, snow, rain, etc...) grows in the storm cloud's main updraft, where most of the cloud is in the form of "super-cooled" water. This is water that remains liquid although its temperature is at or below zero degrees Celsius (32 degrees Fahrenheit). At temperatures higher than -40 degrees C (-40 degrees F), super-cooled water drop needs something on which to freeze, or it remains liquid. Ice crystals, frozen raindrops, dust and salt from the ocean are also present in the cloud. On collision, super-cooled water will freeze onto any of these hosts, creating new hailstones in this example, or enlarging those that already exist.

What do you do when you worry that helps you calm down? I can't seem to find a remedy other then talking to GOD. Do you think that's the only remedy other then getting your problems solved?

I had a dream the other day in which I walk out of a building into a car park and there was a crowd of people gathering around looking at something. When I went to look at it, it was a huge dog, a great dane, the size of an elephant lying down with its head up and panting away. As I went to stroke it someone pulled me away and I was pushed out of the crowd.... end of dream!

Weird huh?

I wouldn't really bother in finding out what it meant but its so vivid and I remembered it very clearly the morning when I woke up.

And no... I wasn't drunk or under the influence of any illicit substances ;-)

So anyone know why? or am i just insane?

This is for when people call the toll-free number to get service (cable or hight speed internet) hooked up and they get a representative at Cox Communications.

I have 5 years telephone banking experience where people called toll-free number to get account bal. checks cleared etc. and/or if they needed a bank rep. they got me. I was very good at this job and the last two years in this position I cross sold bank products and was VERY successful at this. I was top seller in small business department 8 out of last 12 months (I took blend of consumer and small business callers). I remember saying I finally found something I was good at and that was SELLING. I really want this job with Cox Communications.

Can you help me with this interview?

I am an 18 year old guy, I am not gay, but I get attracted to cute and handsome and athletic guys. But I don't like to have something with them ( disgusting ), I like to have that with girls.
But I always search on the net about pics of naked guys and like watching them, but when I deal with guys I deal normally as a normal guy. And my appearance is normal ( guy appearance and clothes), normal behavior. But these feelings and watching guys is the problem, what can I do to remove these bad feelings that I hate in myself, I want to be totally straight, what can I do ( I like to go with girls and have sex with them not with guys and get attracted to girls )?
