Are you kidding? Men and women need sex. It is a basic human right. When said act is removed from the sphere of life, Life sucks. Periods of celebacy are natural too and they can be used for many practical functions. Most commonly, they are used to perfect an artform which has a name that rhymes with "pastabating".
Trust me, you are a lot happier when you're getting it. If people like Osama Bin Laden and George W. Bush got it on a more regular basis, this whole war on terror would have been avoided. If you're sad, get laid, and then you won't be sad any more.

A healthy sex life is one that both partners feel satisfied, loved and respected once the act is completed. The difference in the personality when one is not existing is that the person displays hyperirritability, will go outside teh releationship to fill the missong void or need. The person will also be more stressed, look older then they are and will often be looking for other outlets for the sexual frustation that the person is feeling.

We all have a varied sexual urge, so I suppose a healthy sex life would depend on fulfilling that urge in a legal, consenting and fun way!
If you're not getting enough sex to satisfy your urge, then you would be distracted by sexualising other things (imagining people on the street naked, drifting off into sexual fantasies etc) and wouldn't be able to focus on the tasks in hand.

A healthy sex life is having sex with your partner or partners on a regular basis.
a person who has a healthy sex life seems to have a glow about them, it makes you feel loved and wanted, you feel healthier, and you portray a verry happy individual to all that meet you, not someone that is depressed or feeling low esteam.thus the expresion, ( all loved up )

Sex is a natural bio-urge. it has to be fulfilled in a normal way only. Not to perform or perform it in so many unnatural ways like anal, oral or any other way is definitely a good source for getting perverted. God has created the sex to reproduction, which is utmost necessary for survival of this world.

well , the sexual energy doesn't dissapear but it gets the form of something else.
by the way sport is a very common way of getting rid of sexual energy...
there are hormonal changes in people who have sehual life . i heard they are beneficial , especially for women.
but sex is not vital for survival. but of course we wanna survive nicely so sex is ok if it is desired and enjoyed and if you don't have sex temporarily( like myself) you can do other useful things. like reading, answering, cooking, beer drinking, girl seeking etc.

people who don't have a sex life would probably into a certain hobby to almost 'substitute' for it. Have a look around - you can pretty much tell.
