From a psychological perspective, the present is most important to our well-being. Obsession with the past can lead to depression, and obsession with the future can lead to anxiety.
However, in this business of the law of unintended consequences, the smallest action can have a ripple effect that greatly influences subsequent events. One of my favorite examples involves Walt Disney. He took his family to church for the first time, and the protestant church that he first visited had substandard facilities
for his children. Next, he visited a Mormon church and found the
accommodations spotless and professional. Today, Disney's legacy consists of a huge empire, and exemplifies the Mormon philosophy of "neat and tidy" in all of the attractions.

Past makes the present, The present makes the future. You can't change past, the future falls into place. So the I think the present is the most important.

I would agree with you. Generally people fail to learn from the mistakes made in the past and repeat them. People who need immediate gratification will say present as they do not look forward to the future and only what they can do or have right now. It is phrased past, present and future for a reason- by order of importance!

Present and Future. We cannot control what already happened (in the past), but we can change for the better what is yet to happen(in the future), and the best time to act is now (in the present).

Well the past is over with, but we can learn from it. If we don't live in and enjoy the present, then what do we really have?
And the future is something to look forward to...sorry I'm not giving you a different answer!
