If you say selfish then people are doing trade, not service. If you say people are selfless previous track record/history says otherwise. What gives?

I love my fiance. very much. but i know when i am with him, a part of me is shadowed. he's a very intelligent man, and when we go out, he takes center stage. I wouldn't mind this if i didn't feel i never get a chance to voice my opinion. He's very engaged in conversations, and usually directs them towards others, so I feel uncomfortable butting in. This makes me feel very aloof in public situations with him. Not to mention that his friends think I have no opinion on anything, and am not very smart!
The thing is I am a very opinionated woman, and before I met him, I had great conversations with people. Now, except when I hang out with my friends alone, I feel like I am losing my voice.
I should also add that I am a writer, and I feel this loss of voice is slowly creeping into my writing as well.
In a nutshell, what can I do? I tried to talking to him, but it seems i;m asking him to alter his personality, which I don't want to do. It seems all I wnat t do is prove that i'm smart

I smoke weed once in a while (right now, maybe once a month.) I know it's normal to lose focus and memory issues when you're high, but my memory has gotten significantly worse over the past few months when I'm sober. Sometimes, I'll walk into a room and forget what I was going to do for 10 seconds. I've also gotten worse with names and other specific information. I think its from smoking weed. I'm wondering if anyone has gone through this. Did your memory restore itself, at least partially after a few months?

Here's a simple and common scenario. Person's A & B are talking. Person A makes a comment. Person B gets offended.

Person B's viewpoint is since they are now offended, that was person A's intent.

Person A's viewpoint is Person B misunderstood them.

Who's right or wrong? Is anyone right or wrong? Does anyone find that particular scenario as aggravating as I do?

Whenever I am in school, and we are required to recite, I get too nervous even when I am confident with my answer and also, when I know my answer is 100% correct. When the teacher says "NEXT!!", I get too nervous to the point that I think I would faint. Is there something wrong with me?

I get it all the time. Well, once or twice every few weeks...

The last one I got was when I walked into a doctor's waiting room and I got the feeling I've been there before. I've never been to that doctor, in that building, ever and the walls looked so familiar. As soon as I walked in, I was taken aback.
Sometimes I see a person doing something and I know I've seen that sight before. But I don't know the person or what they're doing but it seems familiar.
I get a feeling of being somewhere when I've never been there. It's so wierd. What does it mean?
Is it like psychic visions, premantions of a past life, another's life, the future, etc???
