Well, let's figure this one out.
I spent about 6 or 7 hours per night sleeping, so that's not a waste.
I got stoned a couple times and that's definitely not a waste.
I spent some good quality time with my girlfriend each day. No waste there either.
Guess you could say that I managed to waste 40 hours at work last week, plus maybe another 8-10 hours watching TV.
How bout you?

Well if playing video games can be sorted under "self improvment" then I wasted no time last week. But if playing video games is considered a waste of time, then I wasted 98 percent of last week
