My sister and her friends have always done drugs and most recently meth. They do not seem to be able to reason like a normal person though I believe they've been clean for some time now. Do drugs have a long term affect on a persons ability to make decisions and / or have relationships? and if so, will it always be like that?

I'm working at a store where there are a lot of tourists. I would understand if people asked "do you work here?" if I was on Yahoo answers, but it's when I'm cleaning shelves or pricing doodads. I don't get this.

I heard it was more likely to die in a car than to die in an airplane. Does anyone know how many airplanes have crashed in history?

Are humans really supposed to mate for life? According to the kaws of nature, the male of the species is supposed to procreate, but he can't fulfil that obligation with just one woman. Or can he?

All trends indicate that whites will be extinct in two centuries, going down from 10% of the human population in 2000 to under 5% by 2100 and <1% by 2200.

While it is true no other human group has shown such a predisposition for racism and exploitation, it is also true that whites have created much of the current technological advance.

Do you think the world will be better or worse once they are gone? Will the end of racism compensate for a slow rate of invention?

If someone feels or believes strongly about certain things that have no effect on anyone but themselves, why is it then so many others feel compelled to interfere without it being any of their business.

I am a part-time tutor, and one of my students believes she is dumb because she scored low on an official IQ test. I wanted to prove to her that wasn't the case, that those IQ test are just like any test; if you study well your score will rise.

To prove it I was going to buy one of the Cattell-Culture Fair Tests from a psychological testing company, but found out they can only be sold to psychologists and educators. I mean I can understand if I was buying a gun or a hypodermic needle, and would need special qualifications to buy it, but an IQ test?!!

Well, I am looking into other ways to help her with her self value, but I still wonder why it is one would need special licensing to buy an IQ test to help a child prepare for her next official one. Can anybody shed light on this?
