I need any general information about lunar phases. But the more detailed, the better. Also, I have a chart with a moon that shows the phases and it has numbers on it next to the pictures of the phases in a circle like this: GOING LEFT: 0 (top of circle), 23, 22, 21, 20, 19, 18, and so until 1 and then next to the one is the 0.

"Shark Alley" between Dyer Island and the cost of South Africa is supposed to have the greatest concentration of great white sharks in the world. Does anybody have an estimate of what the probability is that you would get bitten by a shark while swimming across this body of water?

The answer is not Steven Irvin. It would have to be an animal trainer like those that are on Animal Planet, the United Kingdom, or the Discovery Channel.

I heard that a fish's memory was seven seconds, but does it vary for different species of fish. I'm asking particularly about Bettas, guppies, and goldfish. Also, is it possible for fish to recognize someone? If so, how long does it take them to do that?

I just saw an interview of a young girl on TV talking about animal rights. Apparently her father is a huge animal rights activist. She was saying the cutest quote about how animals are like people too, they have eyes and ears and something about how they shouldn't end up as bags or coats.

She sounded british perhaps? Not much to go on, sorry!
