On a hot and humid summer day, say 93 degrees with 85% humidity, if for a split second, it was absolute zero and then back to normal, in the blink of an eye, what would happen? In that time period would all life die or would it be too small of a time increment? This is a hypothetical question, obviously.

I'm in meteorology class in high school and we have to plot isobars on a weather map in terms of inches of mercury (ALT). How do I go about plotting these isobars? I know that you draw lines that are .08 apart. Please help!

I am looking for SOME website that has historical data for temperatures and jet streams for the U.S. starting in June 2007 until the present. Having performed exhaustive searches, I can't find anything relevant to what I'm looking for. I want to see, if possible, animated pictures of what occurred across the lower 48 states during the Summer of 2007. Does anyone know of such a site? Everything I find is useless isobar maps in archives that don't show temperature and jet stream together. Help. Thank you.
