My own cheap windshield washing fluid?

I want to make my own really cheap stuff that won't freeze, how do you do this. I don't have to keep buying it every couple days or buying alot at a time which is also a hassel

buy the cheapest you can find in the dollar store and add 1 bottle of rubbing alcohol.
