many health companies claimed that negative ionizers are good for health. however, i beg to differ. base on my knowledge, since ionised particles are unstable, they tend to easily return to neutral charge, hence, we will not get to enjoy the benefits of breathing in the negative air ions if we do have one ionizer. anyone care to back any claims up using valid sources?

You lose 60 calories of fat when you sleep..
Drinking milk helps one's rate of metabolism faster..
Eating french fries enlarges chest (well, that's the rumor spreading in our class, I don't know if I'm going to believe it)

and...

All tea really contains caffeine...

I already posted this on other health section- someone told me to try to post this on science section- to get more relevant details.

A) Share techonolgy with them.
or
B) Let them evolve until they are ready to know us.
or

I am constantly reading about people who have accelerated brain capabilities and can do insane things. For one savants. Granted, their other functions go down like motor skills, but their brain has the capability to memorize entire libraries of novels. What if we had the potential of savants without the drawbacks. Would our bodies and mind have limits? What other boundries would we be able to push?

Given that the full rotation of the earth on it's axis is, when divided by 24 gives us an hour of time. 24hrs = 1day = 1rotation

1orbit of the earth around the sun = 365 1/4 days = 1year

This can be viewed as a measure of time.

How accurate is the math? Is the timing still the same are we getting faster/slower?

Is the planet earth still on same angle of tilt along the axis (magnetic poles)?

Would it remain accurate?
