I am constantly reading about people who have accelerated brain capabilities and can do insane things. For one savants. Granted, their other functions go down like motor skills, but their brain has the capability to memorize entire libraries of novels. What if we had the potential of savants without the drawbacks. Would our bodies and mind have limits? What other boundries would we be able to push?

It could be an EQ IQ problem. Some people of high IQ have a very low Emotional Quotient and become psychopathic. A brain's full potential would always be limited by the influence of the outside world.

I think we'd be highly imbalanced and though we might be able to memorize libraries of novels etc. , we would lose control over the voluntary actions that we perform. We might become bedridden, or have rapid eye movement and such other things. Purely my theory, cant be sure

Whoa! Hold your horses. If we are all super human beings, it could go either way; we could move towards peace or end up destroying ourselves. It's a delicate balance. And with talent, comes moral responsibilities. There's a good reason why we don't have unlimited powers. Think of the movie X-Men.

Without drawbacks (such as EQ vs IQ, being a savant...etc...)

I would say that it might be more peaceful...mainly because there would be less ignorant people out there....

Less preconceived notions, generalizations....etc

Women would be happier too...because men would remember anniversary, birthdays, and all other mushy stuff. :D
