Eating specific foods has no effect on where and how much fat is deposited. Unused energy in one's system is converted to fat depending on a large number of factors, but this fat is then deposited according to how that person's body distributes it. The origin of the fat has no effect at all.

About the milk I am not sure, unless there has been new research that I have not heard about I doubt it. Eating and/or drinking at regular intervals helps maintain a higher metabolic rate, and drinking enough also helps.

Hm, about the last one - I think that a lot of tea does contain some caffeine, but not all - there are herb teas that don't, and I think rooibos tea doesn't, either, but green and black tea do have some caffeine. The others, I cannot say for sure.

Yes, you burn calories when you sleep, but I doubt they are all coming from fat. Proteins and carbohydrates also have calories.

Yes, tea has caffeine. Not as much as coffee or soda. Herbal teas are not really tea at all.

Not sure about the rest of your questions, but I have my doubts about the french fry theory. Hope this helps.
