if a problem reads

A professional baseball player believes that he is a good hitter, but his current batting average is only .250. That is he has only gotten hits in 25% of his at-bats. Find the probability that the player who really is a .250 hitter will get at least 18 hits in his next 50 at-bats

Now,
n=50
x=18
Probability of success or failure=.50

Do I include de .250 somewhere? or not?

The limit as t approaches 2 of:
(t^3 + 3t^2 -12t +4)/(t^3-4t)

When I plug in 2 I get 0 over 0. I know this needs to be factored. If it helps, I know the answer is 3/2.

A plain circle ' O ' is in one dimension, a sphere is three dimensions, is a Mobus strip a two dimensional circle/sphere? Is a Klein bottle a two dimensional surface or the first instance of a true surface? (by def a surface has x & y dimensions )
Do these forms carry on into more dimensions?
Please keep it simple, I'm only the question carrier!!!

The class I am in right now is mixed with the BC calculus and the teacher wants the AB kids to learn BC stuff as well. The problem is if I learn both I'm afraid I might fail the class because just doing AB seems easier. Should I just take calculus in high school or learn it in college? Will this make me look bad? Please help.

A pyramid has a rectangular base 10 cm by 25 cm and four triangular faces; two opposing faces both with altitude 13 cm and the other two faces with altitudes of 20 cm and 15 cm. What is the volume of the pyramid, in cubic cm?

It's for Math Counts. Please do not solve it for me, because I want to solve myself. Instead, explain the steps to me, such as using examples.

Please list the steps too.
Such as 1) Add all altitudes and find average, etc...

I will choose a best answer if it is the one that helps me the most. Thank you~
