The diagram is that of a scissors truss. Draw any line. Draw the next intersecting it at a slight angle. Draw the 3rd intersecting both at another slight angle over. Draw the 4th intersecting all three at still another slight angle over. You have 6 intersections, and each line contains 3 intersections.

draw a V. Three of your points are the tips and the base of the V,
Draw a line from each tip of the V to the middle of the opposite line. These are two more points. And where these lines cross *(in the middle of the V) is your sixth point. 6 points, 4 lines. And every point is on exactly two lines.
