Please have a look at this web album:

I have a situation where I need to look at a wall with a video camera. The video camera is mounted in a dusty environment where a constant flow of particles are moving downwards. I want to use pressurized air to remove the particles in the zone ahead of the camera. How should I design a device making it possible to blow away the particles in this area. Is it a matter of using many small pipes next to each other or generating different air speeds and hence different local pressures?

Thanks for your help,

With air conditioning in houses, they say that you use less electricity when the a/c is on a warmer temperature, rather than freezing cold. Does this apply with car air conditioning as well? Does it use more petrol when colder and less when just cool, or the same amount of petrol either way?

Want to reduce the number of accounts and service charges that come with them.
There is currently a 30amp, a 100amp and two 400amp services for the building but we don't need that kind of capacity. We are using an average of 34,000kWh per month or a maximum of 48,000kWh. Any clues?

Currently i am stuck with a secreterial job ($12/hour ) for the payment for my car and insurance and my 2 credit cards which are in collections . My plan is to use the first few pay checks to start to payy off my credit cards ( clear up my credit soon )

and then pay off my car and insurance amounts. I graduated with a degree in electrical and computer engineering . I am planning to save up enough money so that in 1-2 months I will have enough money saved up and then I will apply for entry level electrical engineering jobs . I think I might have to quit my current job to start going for interviews because if not there will be tension between the employer and me I think .

Also I am working another part-time job just to make ends meet.

I am thinking once i get a job as an entry level electrical engineer , anywhere near by , I can use the saved up money to move to the new place and start my life there.
What do you think ?

I am constructing a system using a standard Peltier component for use in a unique biomedical research application. I need to be able to seal the heat sink (cold side) of the Peltier component to improve its efficiency. The cold side will have a copper adaptor bonded to it and give rise to an insulated copper wire that pulls heat from the test system. I want to seal all the exposed copper on the cold side, so that only the wire insulation and sealant are exposed. The cold side of the component will be pulling about 0.5 W of Q and operating at about 5degC. The hot side will dump to forced convection and will not, obviously, be sealed. The sealant should be nontoxic, inexpensive, widely available, relatively easy to work with, and, above all, a good electrical and thermal insulator. It looks like the thermal conductivity of silicone and most epoxies are too high for my purposes. This is a little outside my area of expertise. Any suggestions?

I have played with FPGA's a little .... I have done small digial circuits in Verilog or VHDL also. One thing that bothers me still and I have not been able to find concrete examples or a pathway to follow is Timing.

I don't know how to use various constarints and how to make designs time-efficient

Do reply or give any references/ links as to how I should proceed.

I recently became aware of a product that is claimed to be a globe that rotates (about 2 times a minute) using only light as an energy source. There are no batteries. Unfortunately this product is only sold in Japan in I can't find any information on it in English or anywhere that sells it in America. Has anyone heard of this or know how it works? The product's description says it was developed by "Shaw Y. Lin" and has several patents related to it.

Ideally I would like to find one of these sold for less than $500 (the price of the one on the site).

Here is the link (sorry japanese only)
