Why is it the US wanted to develop a new spacecraft to return to the moon? Why can't they develop a bigger booster to fit with the shuttle and carry the shutte to the moon? Wouldn't this save costs?

hello i m bachelor student of comp eng.
i wish to b a good game creator and graphics designer as well as a programmer in a sense i wish to b a good software engineer but in pakistan is not offered.
i kno in comp. eng we just mostly learn the things related to hardware but i wish to go on software line.
what shud i do i cant change courses now any help u guys can do to plan my future to achieve my goal. bcuz leaving this course at this point and looking for others will just b pointless i hav to carry on now with this.also we have a subject that is into to programming in which we learn things bout "TUBRO C" .
is it a good language to start learning programming .

ok this question is bout comp engineers.
i just wish to kno that what more things a comp eng. has to go thru to b a good programmer as we all kno in bachelors they just go thru basics of programming and graphics designing.

suppose u r a comp. engineer but in the whole world the demand is only for electrical and electronics engineering what will u need to b known as a good electrical or electronics engineer i mean come to their level and compete them.i mean is comp engineering enuff to b known as electrical and electronics eng. too or not or is there something u have to go thru more and u r the one who can apply to all these field jobs.
does a comp engineer need one more degree or some more courses to go thru to b known as comp eng. electrical and electronics eng. too help on it plz

my second question is in comp eng u just go thru basics of programming right. suppose i learn programming myself without any degree or something will others believe it or not and let me b a programmer in some job .

I am trying to solder an electrode (essentially tungsten wire) to a connector.

The solder flows nicely into the connector cup, but seems to be almost repelled by the tungsten.

This makes for very bad connections.

Any advice? I'm using flux.

Here is my procedure right now:

a) Align wire and connector (rest wire in connector)
b) Apply flux
c) Apply heat
d) Put solder on top of it
e) Solder melts and flows all around the connector, but not the tungsten wire.

Sigh.
