Well, here's the question given to me. Choose the type of rock/mineral you will use for your own tombstone. Take into account the climatic regime of Singapore, rock susceptibility, adn toehr pertinent factors.
(Singapore is in a tropcial region near the equator, so chemical weathering is more dominant than physical weathering)

they say the ice caps will melt, and there will be flooding due to rising sea levels, but!
in a glass of ice water, as the ice melts the water level decreases(there is less water in an ice cube than in an equall volume of water alone)
so how is it that the sea level will rise when the ice melts . . .woudlnt the sea level decrese?

And if evolution is still going on why are no Monkeys evolving? Or any other animal in this case... And now that humans have it so easy what do you think they will be their next form of evolution. I mean we drive in cars. Humans were meant to be runners... How do you think this will effect our next evolution stage....

I know that the rise in sea level will be about 7 meters or 21 feet. I also know that this might displace about 20% of the world population and take about 1000 years, but how much land in square miles will be lost due to the risen sea level?

I was thinking a higher amount of Positive/ Negative Ions. I have heard of people being struck a bunch, like 7+ at least. I am sure people have been struck more. Maybe after it gets you once it is more likely to strike again?
