the population of china is spinning around at the same rate as earth. no. they also have better things to do than jump off chairs. If you stood on the entire population of china and jumped off the earth, would a chair stop spinning? if you stood on the earth, and the entire population of chairs jumped off a chinaman, would time stop spinning? If you stopped spinning, would the entire population of the earth jump off china? if a wooden chair stopped the world, would china jump off the entire population? i could go on for days!

Granted, there are about 100 million less americans, but we would weigh more on a chair....and no, the chinese population leaving the earth would only change the way and speed of the earth spinning very very incrementally, people wouldn't notice it, only sensitive instruments kept away from the public would.

There would be no effect, as no weight would have been displaced.

If the whole Chinese population were able to jump to escape velocity (25,000 mph) then there would be a noticeable displacement of weight from the earth. Not sure what the effect would be.

no.
if we assume that the average weight of a chine person is 60kg and we multiply it roughly by 1,5 billion it will give us
90 000 000 tons, which is nothing compared to the weight of the earth which by the way is 5,972,000,000,000,000,000,000 metric tons. It is like a mosquito juping on a car. just has not enough power to do anything

No the earth would only stop spinning if the sun disappeared. It would freeze up also, so I doubt anyone would still be around to notice it stop.
