Global Warming ala the schizophrenic Al Gore is junk science. The credibility of the research is questionable at it's best.
The Earth's temperature for the most part is influenced by solar activity and normal solar orbital cycles and not some leftist ideology of human cause. It is arrogant to assume man has caused the current heat wave let alone has the power to stop it..
Stay inside in the summer as did the people in the 1930s, drink lots of water.. Wear SPF 45 sunscreen. Don't worry about it.

A number of things. In addition to the average temperature climbing, this will change weather patterns across the globe. Areas with water problems will have major drought, and deserts world-wide will expand. As the polar ice caps start to melt, ocean levels will rise, endangering coastal populations. The warming and destruction of polar regions will endanger all the life in those areas. Some people don't care, figuring they'll be dead before it gets really bad. How sad to be so selfish, isn't it. Still others deny that it's a problem to begin with. They think that the fact that over 90% of the worlds scientists, climatologists and geologists all agree on this somehow doesn't mean it's fact.
This is called 'denial', and if we don't stop it, it will eventually destroy us.
