There has been a _continuous_ human presence in space for a number of years now. On what date did that continuous presence start?

Note: I'm NOT asking, "when did people start going into space." I know that was 1959. I'm asking, "when was the last time outer space was completely free of humans?"

My dad and I were sitting on the patio last night. While we were talking to each he gasped and told me to look up at the sky. We saw this light that looked like a big bright star. It seemed still for a moment. After we looked at it for a couple of seconds the light faded as it quickly moved out of view. What did we see?

Say, if the earth were to try to go around the two stars (suns), would that cause problems on earth and for us? And, our moon traveling around the other moon of ours, would things on earth be stable, i.e. the tides, and other environmental things?

Some people believe the universe is an illusion and that god and the big bang and us don't exist! We can say the universe is not exactly how we perceive it to be. But there still has to be a reality behind the illusion or minimally something experiencing it. How do you perceive the universe, real or illusional?

I can imagine caskets floating in space. Or being buried on another planet, perhaps? Maybe a meteor? I dunno... Silly question, huh? Yeah...you can tell I'm bored... (yawn)

What I would be miffed is that some answers are not answers. They are statements of very little content intellectually or word count.
There is nothing anyone can answer that I have not heard a thousand times before. I want to get someone to present a valid rebuttal. I do get valid rebuttals all the time so I know how to comapare.

I keep getting folks that have good intentions but they reveal themselves. They say I am nuts because I follow Stargate. How do they know what is in Stargate? I refuse to watch any thing on TV or the movies. Apparently the audiences the networks claim to have are accurate. My suggestion to escape college is graduate your mind. Throw away you cap and gown. Eat your diploma.
