No, none of them were fake. We have plenty of evidence to support them, and really, the only people who claim we haven't gone to the Moon are conspiracy nuts who don't know much about physics.

If you think the US can actually get a man to the moon and back safely, I have a bridge to sell you. Everyone talks about how many people were involved. Who cares, once the rocket goes up, you can say and do anything without all the others knowing a thing. I saw David Copperfield make the statue of liberty disappear on live tv. Millions saw the same thing and NO it didn't really go anywhere, just like the moon landings. What a bunch of simple minded apes you are.

One_man_gang - there were 400,000 people directly and indirectly involved in Apollo (1 in 70 people in the USA at the time).
But forget the majority. Take the mission controllers. Over the 3 years and 7 manned missions to the moon (one aborted), hundreds of intelligent and experienced controllers manned the terminals and read-outs in mission control. If you think filmed simulations could have fooled them all that time, or even if you think the simulations could run perfectly for all that time without a hitch, then you are a real ignorameous, and you just want to believe it was fake for some unnaccountable reason.

Not a single mission was fake, including Apollo 13, and yes, Armstrong did walk on the Moon (go ahead conspiracy theorists, give me a thumbs down vote).
There is no evidence that even remotely supports a hoax. Instead, there is overwhelming and conclusive scientific evidence that proves that these missions were legitimate. Conspiracy theorists rely solely upon bad science to support their libelous and completely baseless allegations.
Check out my source - it tells why each of westplexdanv's and larynxyn's arguments are completely, totally, and absolutely wrong. For instance, both cite the Van Allen radiation belts as evidence that we didn't go. But neither realizes that the exposure that the astronauts received was low, far too low to cause health problems (scientists have done the math).
I'm getting tired of people calling the heroes who went to the Moon dishonorable liars based on nothing more a poor grasp of basic scientific principles. It's ironic that their evidence (especially that in the above answer) only proves that we did go to the Moon.

This is a fact - there is not one single rational intelligent person on this planet who believes any of the missions were fakes. A rational intelligent person would investigate the facts before spouting their opinion. the facts are very clear and undeniable - we went with manned crews to the moon's surface 6 times, and a couple more times around it.
I'm sorry for the attitude, but I'm so sick of having people who weren't there like I was, witnessing the events unfolding for over a decade, calling me either an idiot or a liar.

Lets see...25,000 people were directly involved in the Apollo missions. You think that many people would keep it a secret for so long?

one of your allegedly fake apollo missions set up a mirror on the moon's surface that we can still bounce lasers off. that's not to mention the photographic evidence, telemetry from the apollo modules, moon rock samples, etc etc. of course they were not faked, keeping a secret of that magnitude would be impossible.

If they are fake, then how come there is a probe that is still sending back data from the moons surface?

Yes it is true, and that is one reason why they never went back but proceeded to explore the other planets.

What about shadows pointing in more than one direction? (there is only one sun) What about no dust being moved by the thrusters on the apollo but dust moved by the boots of the astronaut? What about the pictures with the little cross marks being covered by part of the picture? (those pictures are supposed to have the cross hairs on top of the picture) What about the flag waving, solar wind? What about the Van Allen radiation belt? The Russians were too smart to go to the moon because they knew you needed many feet of lead to protect against the radiation. Too many questions not answered.
