Many of you high astronomers said that the formation of our Moon most probably happen when a Mars-sized collided with Earth,which is about 6000km,but our Moon is only about 3500km in size,where did the other half go?Our Moon should also contain some elements from Earth,so where did the other almost 4000km went?My theory is this:
It was heading towards the direction to the Sun due to its very strong gravity force,but Venus must have intercepted on the way with its gravity,forcing it to become a moon of hers,then after it forms,as it slowly went farther away from Venus,the Sun had more gravitional force on it and pulled it into an orbit a little eccentric,which may be now known as Mercury!
