As a red giant, the sun will have an angular size in Earth's sky of about 30 degrees. I am wondering what will sunset and sunrise be like?...and how long do you think it will take? What about the color of the sky?...would it be different?

If I spin around really fast and stop, everything else still spins around me. This must mean I am a very important person since I am at the center of this spinning universe, right?

If the sun died, what would happen? Would we just freeze to death, get toasted or maybe something else? Have always wondered :)

Also when overhead, it seems to stay there for an unreasonable length of time.
I know that the earth is inclined by 23.4 deg and the moon's orbit is inclined at 5.1 deg so at most the difference in angular height above the horizon is 2 x (23.4 + 5.1) = 56.2 deg.
Why does it appear to vary by more like 70 deg?

I know that it's a dwarf planet now and it crossed over Neptune or something but I just don't know why they put it like that. I mean the Solar System changed now and some people still answers with 9 planets. For example: There could be a science test and if it asks the question "How many planets are there?" they would still answer 9 planets. I think that's unfair.
