I would love to get the chance to ride into space! I think it would make me appreciate our planet Earth more. There's nothing up there except cold, dark rock.
But I think it would be nice to experience 0 G. Free floating!!!!!

OH Yes but at my age it is unlikely I'll get the chance.
Actually a stint in the space station would be a hoot. My interest would be to study the reactions of plants to 0 grav. For example what would a tomato vine do. What would be the effect on watermelon. Watermelon for example rot because they lay on the ground. In 0 grav they would not have that problem. Would the vines grow or just get confused.
Also metallurgy (example ball bearings could be more perfect in 0g.
What about crystal growth. Perhaps we could grow even more massive plasma TV's. Of course lcd's will supersede Plasma by the time anyone bothers or can check.
What I don't know about electronic components fills many books (or dvd files) but the little I do know about crystals and chemistry suggests that even more sophisticated and minute components might be possible.
AH yes. Nano technology. Nanites might grow more complex without gravity.
Human health. We know that much of our aging process is caused by the constant pull of gravity on our bodies and the energy we must expend fighting it.
Finally what about 0g sex. Talk about roll and tumble.
The first hive ship for alpha centuri leaves in about 100 years perhaps less. If we can get aboard we would probably live about 200 years and consider the astronomy we could study.
I forgot to mention the clearer look at the universe and astronomy.
I'll not get to go but I can dream can't I.

No F***ing way. One of the most scary things I have ever experienced in my life is being in the middle of the ocean deep sea fishing. I have never felt more helpless in my life than those moments. Sure, it is georgeous, the awesome sky and the beautiful turqiouse waters but that feeling sucks. The beauty can not supercede the feeling.

Heck no. I'm not that interested in seeing planets and floating rocks.
