it can be. Because blackhole has a much faster velocity than light. It is possible that we can use blackhole to travel into another galaxy or another space that we haven't know before. Or maybe we can use blackhole as a time machine. Everything can happen, one day we can find it out. I believe that

Under current thinking it is unlikely. The physics would suggest that, even if a black hole were actually a wormhole (which is unlikely in itself) any matter (eg. space ships, people, bananas, etc) that entered a black hole would firstly be torn apart by gravitational forces then converted into pure energy as it accelerated towards the centre.
A black hole is a region of spacetime from which nothing can escape, even light.
To see why this happens, imagine throwing a tennis ball into the air. The harder you throw the tennis ball, the faster it is travelling when it leaves your hand and the higher the ball will go before turning back. If you throw it hard enough it will never return, the gravitational attraction will not be able to pull it back down. The velocity the ball must have to escape is known as the escape velocity and for the earth is about 7 miles a second.
As a body is crushed into a smaller and smaller volume, the gravitational attraction increases, and hence the escape velocity gets bigger. Things have to be thrown harder and harder to escape. Eventually a point is reached when even light, which travels at 186 thousand miles a second, is not travelling fast enough to escape. At this point, nothing can get out as nothing can travel faster than light. This is a black hole.

I hope black hole cannot act as a bridge between galaxies. When the star burns out it becomes neutron stars and black holes. Black holes are highly compressed matter. the gravitation pull is much faster than other planets in solar system. It is well known that the velocity of light is faster. But black holes have the power to absorb light. It absorbs(swallows) all the particles nearer to it. The absorbed particles will be lost from sight for ever.

in theory, a blackhole is a phenomenon which yields in an infinite amount of energy. but only in theory. because of its eratic nature, they have proven impossible to study beyond advanced calculations on paper. so when and if they become more understood and possibly containable, a blackhole could signal a whole new era for man. i hope i answered your question.
p.s. why do i get the idea youve seen "Event Horizon"? if you havent, make a blockbuster night

Blackhole cannot act as bridge between other galaxies.Black hole is also a matter which has very high gravity and thus it pulls all other matter. even if sun shrinks to a size of a ball it would become black hole so it doesnt mean that it would become a bridge.all matter pulls all other matter but black holes pull with greater force.thats it.

No
No one would like to go a hole from which he can never come back. From such a place from where even light can't escape. For not even planets or any celestial body.
