Hi, sorry about this, it's just i'm revising, and I don't understand nuclear fission.

Apparently I have to know how you can get energy from nuclear fission. I know what it is, and i know how it work etc, but i don't get the nuclear reactor/obtaining energy part.

I'm currently researching whether it would be possible for the UK to break it's dependancy on fossil fuels in the forseeable future, and whether the technology is already there to do so.

Can anyone link me to any websites or articles that discuss this issue?

Thanks

on the news they talk about the superbug and staph infections caused by filthy hospitals. i dont go into hospitals everday but each time i have gone into one for any reason i have gotten the impression that its the cleanest place on earth. i always saw shiny floors and clean looking clean smelling restrooms. theres always a guy with a bucket of strong smelling soap water mopping a floor that looks like its already clean. where are these dirty hospitals?
