DNA (Deoxyribonucleic Acid) are composed of Phosphates and 2 pairs of Nucleic acids. DNA is a double helix structure that were discovered by 2 scientists (Watson and Crick). Adenine- Guanine and Cytosine- Thymine are the 2 pairs.

DNAs are formed by 3 major components : sugar (deoxyribose), phosphate group and nitrogen bases (purin and pirimidin).

Usually it formed as a double strand and form a helix. But in denaturated form, it might seen as a linear double strand.
