How can I calculate the amount of CO2 generated to view / serve my website?

Given the number of page views on my site, how can I work out how much energy is used by the webserver, the telcoms infrastructure and the viewer's PCs to view my website a day.

Knowing that, how can I calculate how much CO2 is being released into the atmosphere, so I can purchase the appropriate number of carbon offset credits?

Thanks!
