This is about inequalities. I solved it but I don't know which one is the right answer. The question is:
-8w+4>or equal to12

I got w= -1 but there's two answer options that are similar.

a.) w I w b.) wI w>or equal to -1

I'm thinking that the answer is b (doesn't it have to be opposite?), but I'm not sure. Can you tell me which one is the right answer and why?? Thanks.

ethanol and water are completely miscible (they dissolve in each other in all proportions)

when the two substances are mixed, is randomness increased or decreased?

heat is liberated in the dissolving process. does the tendency toward minimum energy favour the separated pure substances, or the solution of one in the other?

why are they completely miscible?

Two parallel cylindrical wires made of lead
have diameters D=4mm and the distance
between their axes is L=5mm.

Both wires are in superconductive state. The wires
carry currents I=60A each in opposite directions.

What is the force of magnetic relpulsion F between the wires per unit length (per 1 meter)?

Note:
Meissner effect: magnetic field does penetrate
inside bulk lead (type I superconductor).
