Most of the EM techniques like Cryo EM study microtubules in solution not in cell samples. I wanna see it in the cells. What about freeze fracture deep etching EM? I would like to know about the solutions (name) what they do and the time of treatment. I mean a general steps of the experiment if possible mention the equipment used for this.

Is it possible to still see microtubule catastrophe if stained with immunogold?

I notice this a lot while cooking. It seems really easy to heat up something all the way through on the stove, but if I want to cool or chill something that's hot (or even room temperature), it seems to take forever, even if I put it in the freezer.

Is it because of the laws of thermodynamics? Is it because the average freezer isn't as powerful as the average stove? Or is it something else altogether?

My doctor prescribed avelox400mg for my chest cold and I almost die. The nite I took it my heart started racing and I started vomitting, stomach started cramping, I couldn't breathe - felt like I was choking, anixeity set in, and i was rushed to the hospital. Maybe it was just me but I would not advise a DOG to take this prescription. And just to think the doctor wanted to give me an injection in his office instead of the pills. Next time I have a cold, I will treat it with old folk remedies and kept the Hell out of any doctor office.

Dogs with cybernetic enhancements allowing them to ave self-awareness and intelligent thoughts: the technology to enchance human consciousness and awareness is coming. Applied to animals, along with a dose of genetic engineering and we may soon not be the sole intelligent species on this planet. A new set of self-directed, sentient beings may forge their destinies by our side. Canines, mankinds most loyal and trusted symbiotic companions, are a logical choice for this. Phantom 2040AD portrayed this 20 years ago in a science fiction cartoon on during Saturday mornings. So, how about it? Want a sentient dog?
