Translocation is the transport of food through phloem in plants. The answer is transpiration. You must have copied the four choices down wrong. Although if you scroll down through the blank space a quote says this about cohesion: Cohesion "is the intermolecular attraction between like-molecules. Cohesion explains phenomena such as surface tension. Capillary action for example described in the Cohesion-tension theory related to botany is considered a mix of cohesion and adhesion." This third link defines adhesion but says something very interesting about cohesion that I will quote here: "Cohesion causes water to form drops, surface tension causes them to be nearly spherical, and adhesion keeps the drops in place." Fascinating and leans towards cohesion as a possible wrong answer but the closest answer you have. EDIT: I've included one more link called transpiration which descibes what you are talking about to a T.
