although the giant tortoise is usually the answer to your question (they can live close to 200 years), the answer really depends upon what you think about life and death. if a one celled animal divides into two one celled animals, has it died? is it still alive? if you feel that this simple creature hasn't died, then a population of them may live for an extremely long time.
