1 Given the following thermochemical equation:
2Fe2O3+3C=>4Fe+3CO2 q= -2310KJ
If a reaction has a heat change of -328KJ, what quantity of Fe2O3 in moles reacted?

2 Given the following thermochemical equation:
FeS+2HCl=>FeCl2+H2S q= -1230KJ
What is the heat change in KJ accompanying the production of 1.43moles of H2S?

3Given the following thermochemical equation:
4C2H3O2Br+3O2=>8CO+6H2O+2Br2 q= 2910KJ

Here are some problems that I am having problems with:

1) In a car lift used in a service station, compressed air exerts a force on a small piston of circular cross-section having a radius of 3.84 cm. This presure is transmitted by a liqud to a second piston of radius 24.1 cm. What force must the compressed air exert in order to lift a car weighing 11500 N? answer in N

2) What air pressure will produce this force? answer in units of Pa

3) Assume the density of sea water is 1024 kg/m^3 and take the atmostpheric pressure equal to 101000 Pa.
The acceleration of gravity is 9.8 m/s^2. Calculate the pressure at an ocean depth of 1240m. Answer in unts of Pa.

4) Calculate the total force exerted on teh outside of a circular sbmarine window of a diameter 43.7 cm at this depth. answer in uits of N.

Thank you for any help!

OK, I get time dilation, if I travel away from earth at relativistic speeds then when I return I will have experienced less time than my twin on Earth who has grown old and died. So my question is, If I observe that the universe is 14 Billion years old, how much time has passed for the first photons in the big bang? How old would those photons think they were in Earth years if they were capable of thinking about it?

I just bought a modular home and the electic company turned on the electric today but when I got to the house the electric wasnt working , I flipped every breaker I could find and even had a neighbor come over and try but I got NOTHING . When I called the electric company back they told me it wasnt thier problem and to call a electrician but I dont have the money . Any ideas on how I could fix this or what the problem could be , we are not getting a reading on the meter but I figured its because its not getting power . I doubt it is an electrical problem because the house is only 4 years old and the last owner didnt have any problems ...........
