I cleaned my gas stove using a product called 'exit mould'. It contains Sodium Hydroxide, alkaline salts and Sodium Hydrochlorite.

The stove now emits a green flame when i light it.

Am I likely to blow myself up if I leave it on? Should I light it again and leave it burning until the flame goes back to blue?

It is known (only in my head, this a math question) that pygmy flying squirrels normally have a weight distributed with a mean of 40 grams and that the standard deviation from this mean is 3.5g. If 4000 pygmy flying squirrels inhabit one area, how many would weight more than 49grams?

What about gravity? isnt gravity instantaneus? Knowing that gravity and mass are directly proportional, if the sun suddenly dissappeared, would the force of gravity continue to hold us in place until the last of the suns light reached earth? I find that impossible, because without mass, there IS NO GRAVITY.
Help me out on this one.

I am still confused about using a webcam in astrophotography. Do we have to use the eye piece intact and webcam lense intact while mounting the cam to the scope. Or do we have to remove the webcam lense and the eyepiece and expose the ccd directly to the light without using the eye piece.

I have heard different views on this topic I wish to know which one is correct, most of the websites claim to remove the eyepiece and the webcam lense before mounting and this makes sense to me but please confirm what is the correct method for mounting a webcam onto a newtonian scope for planatery astrophotography?

Kindly quote the website source as well if possible

thanks

Please help me.

A projectile is fired in such a way that its horizontal range is equal to three times its maxium height. What is the angle of projection?

I understand that we use the equation R = (V^2 / g) sin2(theta)

What i dont understand is what the horizontal and vertical distances should be.

Am i supposed to use the above equation? or should i use:

x = Vcos(theta)t
-h= Vsin(theta)t - .5gt^2

Thank you!

The function has three points which are A = (0,4), B = (-2,0) & C = (2,0).

a) What would be an appropriate scale on the axes.?

b) I'm assuming the coordinates of the points A,B,& C are as I've written them above ?

c) Find the derivatives at these points and explain your answers

It was -10F today, I left a half a bottle of water in my car. I thought it would freeze and be OK because it was half gone. After work, I picked up the bottle from the cup holder and looked at it and it was liquid, I thought how strange-it's been very cold. And all of a sudden it formed ice crystals and was frozen. Explain please!

with medical and university research equipment, do you think it is possible to create an artificial pimple for testing purposes? (not on a human body.. perhaps fake skin? or some gigantic structure that resembles a gigantic pimple?)

if not then do you think its possible to grow pimple bacteria on agar plates?

i wanna know exactly of what matrial are the neutrons made up of?
dont tell me more n more subatomic particles like neutrino and all...but exactly of what kinda material? ....
its the neutrons themselves which makes up the OTHER MATHERIALS...so what about themselves?
and moreover....what about the PROTONS and the ELECTRONS?
how come they are charged?...we say charging is due to the fact of the dipoles in the materials at an atomic level....but what about the electrons n protons themselves?
please explain if you may....maybe it has got something to do with their spin n all?
i do not know much about the sub-sub atomic particles(like neutrino n all)...i only have knowlege as to neutrons n protons and the like .....which are the sub atomic particles...so dont miss out on the points but as simply as u can (i'm in high school,15)

Integral cos^n(x) dx = (1/n)cos^(n-1)(x)sin(x) + (n-1)/n * Integral cos^(n-2)(x) dx

I did the first integration by parts but now when i'm trying to do it a second time, I don't know how to separate it. Should I let
u= ncos^(n-1)x and then i would get
du=(n-1)/n * cos^(n-2)(x)sin(x)dx
which is starting to look like the formula but it looks like i have an extra sin(x) in there. ????
