what is the proper way to fill up a butane lighter?

so I won't get that air escaping noise after i light it

Hold the lighter upright and insert the nozzle from down below while holding the cylinder upright....Once perfectly inside, tilt the lighter upside down, that is when the liquid flows to the lighter....After about 5 seconds, separate the cylinder from the lighter pulling the nozzle with a jerk...The lighter is filled up.

the butane should be upside down. You will always probably hear a little air escaping.
