I realize that all life has DNA or at least RNA (in the case of sperm and egg cells and possibly even viral structures) but what affect does DNA really have on the human psyche? Why can't a living organism be created by building DNA? Or has this been done?

this is the answer everybody is giving....

but at the tips the charges tends to repel due to repulsive force...then how come charges to concentrate at the sharp edges and tips

the four requirements are (the cell membrane)
1. Must be thin for diffusion of gases.
2. Must be moist for gases to be dissolved in.
3. Must be near a source of oxygen.
4. Must be closely connected to a transport system.
