When 60.0 milliliters of 3.0-molar K2CO3 are added to 40.0 milliliters of 1.0 molar KHCO3, what is the resulting concentration of K+?

I got 4M by adding .36 mols [in 60 mL of 3.0 M solution K2CO3] with .04 [in 40 mL 1 M KHCO3], which is .4 and dividing it by the amount of liters that would come out of it, [.04+.06=].1, which equals .4=.1=4. Please explain this to me even if I got it right. Thanks a lot!

What I mean is....I am sure it's ok but since it is so close to the extreme, I thought maybe it wouldn't be very accurate. Like if the range of the torque wrench was 10 Ft pounds to 160 Ft pounds... is it ok to torque something so close to the minimum extreme? Does it lose accuracy th closer you get to the limits?

I'm depressed and I have taken anti depressants before and they work. I went to the doctor today to get some after stopping for a while. She said I need to talk to a therapist instead of getting pills. I'm anti social so the last thing I want to do is talk to a therapist, and I always bottle my feelings up. My sister's cat is deaf, depressed and pees everywhere. Why does the cat get it when I need it more than the cat? The worst he can do is pee on the couch and floor, the worst I could do is kill myself. My sister got her pills when she needed them, I'm thinking about switching doctors after 26 years.

I've been absent from my physics class for two weeks, and I'm without a textbook. Can someone please help with this? If a yardstick is balanced at the center, (18 inches), and a .1 pound mass is positioned at the 4 inch mark, and a .3 pound mass is positioned at the 6 inch mark, where should a .3 pound mass be positioned for the yardstick to be balanced and perfectly straight across?

A ternary string is a string that is composed of at most three different symbols. 021102 is a ternary string over {0, 1, 2}, and acbabbc is a ternary string over {a, b, c}.

How many strings of length n contain consecutive symbols that are the same?

Examples: abcabc does not qualify, because there are no repeated letters. abccba does, because c repeats itself consecutively.
