One small step for man, one giant leap for mankind.

That’s what they’d have us believe,
We’ve all seen the pictures of Neil Armstrong stepping from the Engel capsule, expressing his now famous quote.

But what I really want to know is >>>>>

If Neil Armstrong was the first to step onto the moon surface, who the hell was holding the camera that took the film footage??????????

There are 2 containers filled with gas. In 1st container there's pressure of 10 bar and the volume is 300 liters in the second one the volume is 400 liters and the pressure 3 bar. How can I calculate what pressure it will be when the gases containedin these 2 containers mix together creating one container composed of the former 2 the volume is obviously 600 liters. V1=300 l p1=10 bar V2=400 l p2=3 bar V(together)=600 l p=?

Why are some people never affected or electrocuted by high electric currents passed through their body?
Addnl Details:

Quite often we hear about strange persons who demonstrate the ability to withstand the passage of high electric currents through their own bodies with out getting electrocuted in newspapers and TV. What sort of phenomenon is that ? Are they natural conductors?
(NB: this is not about stories of multiple lightening strikes or just incidents of luck where the current just happened to spare vital electrical organs like heart or brain or nerves. Its about real people who literally " perform" these acts live )

A string trimmer is a tool for cutting grass and weeds; it utilizes a length of nylon "string" that rotates about an axis perpendicular to one end of the string. The string rotates at an angular speed of 52 rev/s, and its tip has a tangential speed of 54 m/s. What is the length of the rotating string?

I heard it's 13.7kW, which would make it abysmal and pretty expensive considering a 15kg refill is around £20.

I have had a varicose vein in my left leg for about 2 years. The varicose vein runs the entire length of my leg but only a portion is visible. I needed surgery before but I didnt have any insurance. I recently got insurance and last night I woke up with extreme shooting and cramping pain in my left leg, mostly behind the knee and into my thigh. The pain has also been causing my vein to throb and quiver and feel as if my leg is falling asleep although it does not. The new doctor cant see me for about three weeks since I am a new patient and my old doctor moved to florida so I have nobody to ask right now.
What should I do? Is this something to be concerned about? Could this be a blood clot or something more serious? Should I go to the Emergency Room to have it checked out? Just wondering if anyone else has gone through this or has had what I am describing. I developed this at about 24-25 yrs old. I am now 27. Thanks

A boulder is raised above the ground so that its potential energy relative to the ground is 250 J. Then it is dropped. What is its kinetic energy just before it hits the ground?

Suppose an automobile has 1100 J of kinetic energy. When it moves at twice the speed, what will be its kinetic energy?
What's its kinetic energy at three times the speed?

100 N block of ice a vertical distance of 1 m is is raised the same vertical distance by pushing it up a 1.67 m long inclined plane, only 60 N of force is required. Calculate the work done to push the block up the plane.
