You probably have to figure out what n can equal.

7 < 3n < 15
This means that 7 is less than 3n and 3n is less than 15.

If you divide everything by 3, you get
7/3 < n < 15/3

This means that 7/3 is less than n and n is less than 15/3.

In other words, you know that n is between 7/3 and 15/3.

I hope that helps.

Look at double inequalities like this: break it up into two...
7<3n
3n<15

It means the set of numbers in which 7 is less than 3n AND 3n is less than 15

then you can solve each one separately.
7<3n
7/3
3n<15
n<5.

Put them together an it is the set of numbers which n is greater than 7/3 or less than 5.

To check your answer, pick a number between 7/3 and 5 and plug it back in.

7/3 This tells you that value of n is greater than 7/3 but less than 5.
The value of n is restricted to lie between 7/3 and 5.
n cannot be equal to 5 or greater than 5.
n cannot = 7/3 or be less than 7/3
