Is it because oxygen is a diatomic molecule? If so, nitrogen is also diatomic, so why isn't it 1.5 atoms of Nitrogen?

Then it says one mole of C7H5N3O6 has 3 atoms of Nitrogen and 6 atoms of Oxygen. So when considering a mole of something, u count the atoms differently than if they are considered a molecule?

40 ml 3% H2O2 = 3.0% H2O2
20 ml 3% H2O2 + 20 ml distilled water = 1.5% H2O2
10 ml 3% H2O2 + 30 ml distilled water = 0.75% H2O2
5 ml 3% H2O2 + 35 ml distilled water = 0.38% H2O2
40 ml distilled water = 0.0% H2O2

someone tell me how did they come up with 1.5%, 0.75% and 0.38%...i mean how to calculate this?thanks.

If neutronium is a material that is completely composed of neutrons that are actually in physical contact, then wouldn't a flat plane of it (hypothetically) be reflective down to the molecular level? Would an atom-sized lifeform (if one could exist) be able to see it's own reflection?
