It's not very clear what you are asking.

At level two the marking system is as follows:
When you answer a question, you get 2 points.
So to get 20 points, you need to answer 10 questions.

When you ask a question, it's - 5 points.
So it's -50 points when you ask 10 questions.

If your answer to a question is selected as best answer, then you get 10 points. So that's a total of 12 points ( 2 points for answering the question and 10 points for best answer).
So for ten best answers, you will get 120 points.

When you ask a question you loose point, not gain points. The person who answers the question gets the points.

Good theory, but "would anyone really bother?" would probably be a better question.
