The problem is that the Strong colour of the vinegar would mask the colour change of the indicator.
1. Dilute the vinegar so that the colour is no longer the problem.
2. Use a pH meter in the titration.

not "any old indicator". most regular ones wont work because weak acid strong base tirations end at a pH of about 8-9. few indicators change color in this range. you are going to need to use phenolphthalein for this one.

you must use phenolphetalene indicator (ph.ph) ,,so if you add few drops to NaOH it will become pink colour then you add your acid until the colour disappear so thats your end point.
ph.ph + acid==> colourless
ph.ph + base===> pink colour
