Why do sunrise/sunset times vary from year to year for a particular place and date? Example - the calculated sunrise/sunset for Ray, Minnesota on November 15, 2005 and for Ray Minnesota on November 15, 2006 are slightly different. What factor accounts for this year to year change? I have seen the nasa site for calculating the sunrise/sunset times but I do not understand what the change is from year to year. The variation looking back is only between a few minutes. Thank you for your response.

please answer by 9:30. the rock does not break very easily, but I feel certain it is sedimentary. if it were metamorphic, the rock's pebbles wouldn't show so easily. please oh please don't answer if you don't know. but if you do, know you may make a poor innocent soul very happy. thanks!

The field is electrical. He has no qualifications or experience. I've looked up a couple of courses at TAFE NSW and seem to come up with electrical engineering.
Is electrical drafting part of or a sub branch of an electrical engineer? He would like to earn a diploma, eventually an advanced diploma, but what is the name of the diploma relevant to his job? To be accepted into the diploma, you must have a certificate 3 in either Engineering or Drafting Trades. Which is the best option? If he did Engineering 3, will that teach him drafting?
Sorry for the long question, I'm just trying to get my head around this.
