Do you mean "why does the density of your body not change when it's under a rock" or do you mean why doesn't a rock change density while under water when your body does?

If the former, ouch!
If the latter, your body is a WHOLE lot more pliable than a rock is, especially if you go DEEP.

Your body's density doesn't change under water. The ratio of your body's density to the density of water however is enough to make it seem like you're lighter. Rock's density is much higher (except pumice), and isn't close enough to water's for it to matter.

The density of your body does not change underwater. When using SCUBA, you can change your density by a ballast system. On extremely deep dives, fluid is diverted from your limbs to your chest cavity to form a incompressible barrier around your vital organs, but your mass is still the same.

The density does not change. A possible exception is if you have air in your lungs and let it out.

when body is under water the water currents act on the body directly affecting its volume thereby affecting its density.
