Advil is a pain killer. It is NSAID group of medicine. NSAID stand for Non-Steroidal-anti-inflammatory.
There is no addictive effect of that medication. Long time use is not good. It can produce thousands of problem including peptic ulceration, renal failure, bronchospasm, blood problem, tinnitus and hypertension. It is worst medicine to use long term. Once in a while you can use for pain or fever.

People can become addicted to narcoltic pankillers such as vicodin or percoset, but not to ibeprofen, the painkiller in advil.

Yes it is a pain kille a non steriodal anti inflammatory. You can only become addicted to narcotic pain killers. like codeine, percocet, darvocet, vicodin.

i dont think you can become addicted to the point of withdrawl, but you can definetely increase your tolerance gradually so youll have to take more to feel relief
