first let me say that i believe in evolution. i am not an ignorant creationist. but this one thing has confounded me. why do you think that people from arabic nations are so hairy in general. they come from a warm climate. i would think hair would have been phased out over time.

Stuck on another physics question.

Ice blocks slide with an acceleration of 1.22 m/s^2 down a chute at an angle of 12 degrees below the horizontal. What is the coefficient of kinetic friction between the ice and chute?

I don't know how to solve this since I'm only given the acceleration and degree..

THANKS

Would we face heat so intense it would melt concrete, burn sand, eat up the earth's atmosphere to where the sky would be on fire? Would God and Mother Nature step in to save earth that we as humans could not do?

Just take a minute and look at your watch. Notice that as every second passes, it's lost forever. The entire world is moving in time.

My question is this:-
If time is forever, what will happen after humans die?
There will be a point in time where Earth becomes inhabitable. For example, all natural resources are used, too much pollution, the temperature rises so high that the north/south point ices melt and causes massive floods.

Is it true that when humans die, their memories are lost forever? Where do we go after that? Please consider the question carefully before answering. Your answer should not be religion bias.
