I need you guys to help me write a Discussion explaining what happened and why? and I also need help on the conclusion too.

So mainly the purpose of this is about:Lactase intolerance is cause by a shortage of the enzyme lactase,which is produced by the cells that line the small intestine.They are produced by the cells that line the small intestine.

Hypothesis:If the enzyme is boiled,it will become denatured and no longer function.

Materials:We use strips of paper and we use many different kinds of liquid like gatorade,milk,lactase,milk+lac... water

Procedure:We used strip of paper and we each dipped it in four different kinds of liquid and after that we check if the paper turned into a different color or is the same color.

Your discussion and your conclusion will be based on your results. First, you need to compile your results - a table or graph usually works really well. Then you need to be able to write in sentence form what you have gotten in the results - in other words, what trends do you see? Your discussion will then try to explain the results/trends you found in light of what you know about how enzymes work, what happens to proteins when they are denatured, and how exactly lactase works. Your conclusion is usually pretty short, just giving a final wrap-up about what you found and why. Just keep in mind - these are general things about writing lab reports. Every teacher has some little different definition for "discussion" and "conclusion." Make sure to check with your assignment to determine exactly what he/she wants for each section.
