I find the big bang theory implausable and confusing. Maybe it's just because I'm not intelligent enough but I can't get my head around it. Can anybody give me some plain irrefutable evidence of its existance?

yes i know most people will say both will fall at the same time, but if aerodynamics is factored in, considering the bulkiness of the feathers would it not take a fraction longer to hit the ground?

I read an article a few years back about a woman who had gone either underground, or was isolated from the outside world for several months to test the effect on the body.

She had no contact with the outside world, and could not see daylight.

Do you know who did this study?

Name of the woman, group, etc...?

This is the same type of word problem that I missed..

I have seen the answers for a couple of variations, but still do not see where the answer is clear:
A certain drug is made out of two compounds only: compound A and compound B. To make this drug, 5 parts of compound A are used for every 8 parts of compound B. If a chemist has 305 milliliters of compound A, how many milliliters of this drug can be made?

The answers I can find is a ratio, but the answer of the compound A is still unclear...

Hi, Below is a question of polynomials. Could you please help me get to know how the answer is obtained in a detailed way? Please make sure u explain the answer and its steps clearly so that i can understand it. Thanks a lot in advance!!

Qn: When a polynomial, P(x), is divided by x-a, it leaves a remainder of a^3 and when it is divided by x-b, it leaves a remainder of b^3. Find the remainder when P(x) is divided by (x-a)(x-b).

Note -> The answer to this question is (a^2 + ab + b^2)x - ab(a + b). However, I dont have a single idea as to how u get this answer. So please explain clearly. VERY CLEARLY.

Thanks.

Actually, I was sitting down in the study some days back thinking about Mechanical Devices. So I thought of Magnetic Effect on Wheels, So I am wondering if the principle that Postulates that "Like Poles Repel while Unlike poles Attract"; will work on a kind of cart or any device on 4 wheels, Though I just graduated from the High School.

I need to know if there is some kind of procedure which could be used to control the wheel, the area where by I am having problem is "How do I make the magnets loose there power to slow down the speed of the device? If you have any idea please help me with this.

I believe that if it works I will be able to apply it to devices like Bicycles and some other stuffs.

Please, If I am going insane let me know, At the moment I am using tiny Magnets.

Thank you

If you calculate the resistance of a copper conductor using resistivity and the cross sectional area, you get a value that does not match the resistance given for the same conductor in the NEC. Does anyone know why?
ex. #2/0 in the NEC is .11 ohms/ 1000 ft.
if you take row *length/ area you get .0833 ohms/1000ft.
