From what I understand, electric field (in Newtons per Coulomb or Volts per Metre) is supposed to be an easier way to deal with the electric force between a charged object and a given point.

My question is, does the electric field vary as a function of distance from the charge, just as the force does according to Coulomb's Law?:

F = (q1*q2) / 4*Pi*(epsilon)*(r^2)

Where q1 and q2 are the charges, epsilon is the electric permittivity constant, and r is the distance.

three guys walk in to a hotel and the owner tells then that he is going to charge them $30 for the night. They agree and each one piches in $10 they give it to the bell boy.then the owner tells the bell boy that he will only charge them $25 for the night so. the bell tells them that he will give them back $1 dollar to each and keep two they agree.
So if at the end each one piched in $9 an 9x3 =27
plus $2 dollars that the bell boy kept is a total of $29

what happend with the extra dollar?

We did a calorimetry experiment in class in which we burned nuts (Brazil nuts and cashews) to find out how much energy they contained. What do the nuts contain that makes them easily burn? Also, the nuts didn't burn entirely. Why didn't they, and what is the substance that remained?

Aluminum sulfate, known as cake alum, has a remarkably wide range of uses, from dyeing leather and cloth to purifying sewage. In aqueous solution, it reacts with base to form a white precipitate.

Total equation:
1 Al2(SO4)3 (aq) +6 NaOH (aq) ----> blank (aq) + blank (s)

net ionic:
blank (aq) + blank (aq) ---> blank (s)

B) What mass (g) of precipitate forms when 137.5 mL of 0.636 M NaOH is added to 517 mL of a solution that contains 18.0 g aluminum sulfate per liter?

If anyone has any ideas please help with what you can. Thank you sooo much.

I found this plant with leaves that look like marijuana leaves. each leaf has 7 leaf branches, with jagged edges. The only thing is that there is no flower thing on top which is the only reason im skeptical about it. Anyone know if it is marijuana or just another plant that looks exactly like it? thanks

When it comes to very large numbers, what does excel round the number at?
(e.g. for very small numbers, it is rounded down to zero).

For instance, when calculating the function (1+1/n)^n for increasing values of n, i get 2.718281 for a while but at one point and beyond it, I get 1.

What givessss?!
